Name of the project: Business and Environment Efficacy on SMEs- BEES Project
Aims of the project: The project aims to promote take up of e-business in order to increase the competitiveness of SME's and encouragement of continuous learning for highly skilled staff as operators, technicians, engineers and managers by using communication technologies whilst ensuring privacy. In this regard, according to the chemical and plastic industry’s SMEs’ needs, an “e- business plan” will be created in the digital sphere, and the content and the usage of the programmes will be given to these managers, and then disseminated to the whole SME.

Target Group: 6 SME’s in Turkey, 3 SME’s in Bulgaria, 3 SME’s in Italy

Potential Users: Members of Chemical, Petroleum, Rubber And Plastic Industries Employers’ Association Of Turkey- KIPLAS located at Marmara- Kocaeli Chemical Industrial Area, Members of Bulgarian Commercial and Industrial Chamber in Plovdiv and Members of Dott. Giancarlo Inglese Direttore of the Association of Small and Medium Sized Industries (API) in Bologna.
Final Users: SMEs in Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey and EU.

GRUNDTVIG 2006 AWARD TEAM PROJECT WAS GIVEN THE GRUNDTVIG 2006 AWARD BY THE EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF THE EDUCATION FOR ADULTS-EAEA ON 18TH NOVEMBER IN AVILES- SPAIN DURING THE EAEA’S GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 2006 AND THE AWARD CEREMONY. IN ADDITION, TEAM PROJECT WAS SELECTED AS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PROJECT AMONG THE OTHER GRUNDTVIG 2 PROJECTS THAT CONDUCTED BETWEEN 2005-2006-TIME PERIODS BY THE CENTER OF EUROPEAN UNION EDUCATION AND YOUTH PROGRAMMES (TURKISH NATIONAL AGENCY). Training activities Training activities of HYDRA for the period 2006-2007 will be commencing on October 2006. Socrates/Grundtvig2 Learning Partnership Evaluation Results Socrates / Grundtvig 2 Learning Partnership Evaluation Results were announced. PASS: Personal Access for People with Migrant Background Project by the partnership of HYDRA was granted by Turkish National Agency.
