Name of the project: Increasing Efficiency of SMEs by Vocational Trainings
Aims of the project: To improve the quality of and access to continuing vocational training, and life long acquisition of skills and competences by providing human capital equipped with the skills required by knowledge society in order to increase the efficiency of three SMEs in the Metal Processing Sector by teaching English Language and Sectorial Business English to a level enabling, access to international knowledge and development as well as transnational cooperation, providing experience for beneficiaries by the 4 week work-linked training phase abroad.
Target group and the number beneficiaries: 3 SMEs from the OSTIM Organized Industry Region as the “city” of SMEs with an area of 15 million square meters in Ankara.

GRUNDTVIG 2006 AWARD

TEAM PROJECT WAS GIVEN THE GRUNDTVIG 2006 AWARD BY THE EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF THE EDUCATION FOR ADULTS-EAEA ON 18TH NOVEMBER IN AVILES- SPAIN DURING THE EAEA’S GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 2006 AND THE AWARD CEREMONY. IN ADDITION, TEAM PROJECT WAS SELECTED AS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PROJECT AMONG THE OTHER GRUNDTVIG 2 PROJECTS THAT CONDUCTED BETWEEN 2005-2006-TIME PERIODS BY THE CENTER OF EUROPEAN UNION EDUCATION AND YOUTH PROGRAMMES (TURKISH NATIONAL AGENCY).

Socrates / Grundtvig 2 Learning Partnership Evaluation Results were announced. PASS: Personal Access for People with Migrant Background Project by the partnership of HYDRA was granted by Turkish National Agency.
